We ship throughout North America, including all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and Mexico. We ship to several other countries as well. For specific inquiries, please Contact Us.
Our estimated fulfillment timeline is currently 3-5 weeks, however, it may be a later fulfillment due to unexpected delays with our vendors, i.e. backordered styles. Additionally, shipping times and delivery may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control.
We do not allow for returns or exchanges as all orders are custom made. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team at orders@oakvalleydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery to get the issue resolved.
Once you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel or edit your order. To make changes during this 24-hour period, please email orders@oakvalleydesigns.com or call 706-331-0315.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Installing carpet stair treads is easy. Simply remove the plastic to reveal the adhesive back, align them on the stair, and press firmly in place. For more detail, watch this video.
Not at all. We use a petroleum based, non-damaging adhesive on the back of our treads and landings that allows you may take them on and off as many times as you’d like.
As long as the glue is free of debris, the glue will continue to stick when removed multiple times.
You can treat them similarly to a regular area rug. You’ll want to vacuum the treads regularly to remove dirt and debris. In the event of a spill or stain, please follow the steps outlined on our How To Clean page.
